The next step is unite the front door. Screw 2 hinges on each door, one about 4 inches above the door and the other one is also about 4 inches from the bottom. You may need the third hinge placed in the middle, depends on how high your chicken coop is. Repeat this step for other 2 openings. You are able to use the same size for the back door just like you make for the front door. But you need a new size for the doors on the sides of your chicken coop.
First, you need to cut the wood. For the wood, choose the kind which has high quality and durability such as teak wood. Use fiberboard with medium density for the door of your chicken coop. The size of the wooden pieces will depend on the height of your chicken coop. The door should be high and half wide from the door opening. Then, install the door frame. Screw 2x2 along the side of the door opening, such as along the top. It will give you a strong place to screw the door hinges.
The last step is add cover. Choose covers which are efficient to be used and useful. The most important is choose the ones which are not easily opened by predator such as dogs. Those are the steps of making chicken coop door that you are able to do it yourself.
